Week 1, done!
This post is going to be short and sweet, but I wanted to post an update....
Today closed out my first full week of focusing on completing a daily spiritual practice and working out at least 3 times in a week. And you know what? I did it. Which honestly surprised me, but I did it and am excited for next week!
I did miss my spiritual practice one day, but I spent that time attending a student lead worship night on campus, which included some time of contemplation; and I caught up on my book the next day, so I still call that a win.
This week I worked out 3 times. Mostly I did yoga (which is great!), but I did do some strength training one day (which kicked my butt).
I'm looking forward to this next week and am hoping for another successful week!
