Breathe
Breath Prayer is a practice I often find helpful and grounding in moments filled with stress, anxiety, anger, or any other number of emotions (good ones too!).
This breath prayer is one I find myself using as we await election results,
and I figured others may find it helpful too.

Take a minute and relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, rock your head from side to side...
Take in a deep breath through your nose, and exhale deeply out of your mouth. Do that two more times.
Now add in the prayer as you inhale and exhale.
God of peace (inhale)
Grant us rest in your peace (exhale)
- repeat as long as you’d like -
- continue to breathe deeply -
